Delete leftover icons in the notification area in Windows

You can use CCleaner the FREE version:

https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Once you download and install it or you got the portable version then open CCleaner.

Now in Cleaner tab check the box for "Tray Notifications Cache" under "advanced"  then Click "OK" then run the cleaner.

After that close all the open programs then press Ctrl and Alt and Delete button on your keyboard to go to Task Manager .

Go to Processes Tab and find a process called "explorer.exe".

Select it and then click on End Process. This will shut down your task bar but don't worry, you can bring it back again by going to File menu in Task Manager again then select  New Task (Run...) then type in explorer.exe then click OK.

That is all. Now they all should be gone.
